Hi…
Please restart your computer and flight simulator…
Cheers
Ian
Good morning,
I did it. Now simlink doesn’t work. When I want to connect it the following message appears "Could not connect to simulator, Simlink needs to be running. Read more about simlink here. If I click no window appears
What to do? Thanks
Hi,
Please review the troubleshooting steps below to resolve the issue:
For the Moving Map functionality in Navigraph Charts, ensure that Simlink is running on the same system as the flight simulator. Additionally, make sure you are logged into the Simlink application using your Navigraph account.
Verify that you are logged in with the same user account in both Navigraph Charts and Simlink.
Simlink requires an internet connection to connect to our Navigraph server. Ensure that the system running Simlink has a valid internet connection and that Simlink is not being blocked by any antivirus software and also make sure that there are no any VPN or Proxy enabled.
If the issue persists, please send us the Simlink log files located in the %APPDATA%/Navigraph/Simlink/logs folder.
Please let us know if you continue to experience problems.
Thank you.
Best Regards,
Vishal Ahir

Good morning,
Now: I load a flight in Navigraph charts. I click on the simlink triangle, it flashes, but it is positioned on the map at the start of a previous flight.
What is the root 1. %APPDATA%/Navigraph/Simlink/logs folder. I can’t find it
Merci
Good morning,
I’m sorry. simlink didn’t work because my plane was parked at a different airport from the flight plan. A thousand apologies
