On my iPad Charts is only running in demo mode.
Did several resets, nu cure.
While I did signed in with my Navigraph account, under credentials only a short account name is listed.
What am I doing wrong.

Welcome.
You have an FMS yearly subscription. To access Charts non Demo and FMS Data you need Ultimate (Monthly or Yearly) subscription.
You can convert across to Ultimate at subscriptions . Your existing payment will be credited against the new subscription.
