Charts only goes to demo

I have the ultimate subsscription, had it fore years, now on my new computer it only goes to demo. Any ideas?

You have had Ultimate Monthly for many months and have now purchased FMS yearly which does not include Charts. You can convert to Ultimate Monthly or Yearly at https://navigraph.com/account/subscription.
