I see you have just upgraded to Ultimate which is what you need to see Navigraph Charts on your devices. Just login using your account to gain charts access on these devices.

Sure, you can run Charts Desktop and move it to the second screen. Or you can run a browser on the second monitor and access https://charts.navigraph.com/ which is Charts Cloud there.
