Here is a screenshot. I don’t know what I’m doing wrong and I’m slowly getting desperate. I’ve reinstalled MSFS2020 three times already, once even on an empty SSD. Every time, the Navigraph Hub gets stuck just like you see in the screenshot. I haven’t done anything differently from before I installed a new Windows! Java is installed, it’s being run as administrator, firewall is open, date and time are synchronized. It just can’t be that it refuses to load—it’s really frustrating, and I’m pretty angry. Everything is new, everything is clean, and now I can’t fly because of this Navi Hub…
I’ve also uninstalled Navi Hub several times using Revo Uninstaller. I’m not in my 20s anymore when it comes to IT, but it can’t be that I need to study IT just to get this thing running.
After spending another 4 hours uninstalling and deleting everything, I still haven’t been successful.
My steps:
Uninstalling MFS2020, STEAM, all NAVIGRAPH add-ons, including deleting all remaining files via the Revo Uninstaller.
Afterward, I manually searched for and deleted NAVIGRAPH files via the Explorer.
Restarted, reinstalled STEAM, reinstalled MFS2020, started the NAVIGRAPH HUB exe in the download folder, and again nothing happens!
Windows 11 is up to date.
Java Version 8.
Firewall is off…"

One question: the screenshot shows that you try to install all the addons in one step.
Have you tried to install the package by package? This means press on install, wait till it is installed (button changes to remove), and then start the next update.

nothing happens.
ive made an reset on my windows right now, MFS is downloading, is there anything i have to watch, if i like to install the navigraph hub soon?
everything is now on standart, no datas, no reg entrys.

No, it should work as expected … Check if you have the latest version of the Hub. Also, check if you turn off firewalls, anti-virus, or defender to ensure that nothing blocks the download.
Last but not least, you can switch to a mobile connection or a VPN connection to avoid any ISP issues, only for testing.
It must work, at least when you have a clean system now.

Okay Download is from the official Navigraph Site.

Dont know what was wrong on my system, but reset windows was the solution.
One Click and there comes the “REMOVE”

Sometimes it is good to re-install the OS to avoid any wrong settings, but I know what that means - a lot of work ![]()
