Can't purchase a subscription. Pay with card greyed out

Greetings, I live in Lebanon, I’m trying to purchase a subscription, tried 3 different cards all of which failed.
The transaction is occurring from Lebanon:

  • 1st card has USD currency which is based to a Lebanese bank.
  • 2nd and 3rd card has SAR currency which is based in KSA banks.

The “Pay with Card” section is totally greyed out for me, can’t write in anything inside of the box, my friend however, who lives in Egypt has the option.

I’m only left with Google pay, in which 3 of the cards are straight out being declined for some reason.

I suspect the issue comes from the currency conversion to Euros. Because my cards work fine on conversion on USD purchases. But I’m not sure, please add USD currency support.

P.S: I’m pretty sure contacting the banks will not give me an answer and will come back with an “No issue from our side” because no SMS statement comes in when the transaction is attempted.

A similar issue occurred to me when trying to buy a dedicated server from Hetzner, where they only accepted Euros, I went personally to the bank and they told me no issues from our side, and no SMS messages where coming in.
