So I tried getting the ultimate subscription with my master card and it denied…I live in the USA and it’s trying to charge me with Euros I have US money is that the issue?

Welcome.
It is likely your Bank/Credit Card is refusing payment because they don’t know Navigraph. I suggest you contact them advising that Navigraph is acceptable for payment.
You should then be billed for the US$ amount at which the card converts the Euros.
After this, if still an issue please send email to account@navigraph.com
