Cant Print off Approach Charts

When I bring up approach charts I cant print them off, all I get is a blank page in Preview.

Please explain how to print

I can print approach charts just fine. Which charts are you trying to print specifically?

Which platform and OS are you on? Can you provide a screenshot?

Please note that printing is only supported in the desktop application.

Note: this is from my installation.
Roger Is using Windows 10 Pro. But he is not getting the printer icon on the top bar. He is printing by right clicking outside the chart. That doesn’t work for me.
How does Roger get the printer icon back on the task bar?

Sounds like the web version is used - there is no right-click option near the charts viewer in the desktop application :thinking:

The print button should always be available in the desktop version of the application. Perhaps you could provide a screenshot?

Hi Malte,
Roger is a friend, I spoke to him yesterday after his post. It is difficult to diagnose the problem remotely, but it was clear that he doesn’t have the printer icon on the top bar. I check with him to see if he has downloaded the desktop app.

I now mysteriously have a printer icon appeared.
