Can't Login in to Charts

I just purchased for a year but cannot access the maps either in browser (Chrome) or with the desktop application. I’ve read and tried a couple of different things but cannot get it to say that I am logged in with an active subscription. I can login but it says I’m in demo mode because I don’t have an active subscription. Very frustrating.

To access Charts out of Demo Mode and FMS Data you need Ultimate (Monthly or Yearly).

You can convert across to Ultimate at subscriptions . Your existing payment will be credited against the new subscription.
