Can't find my flight plan from sim brief

This is the message that I’m receiving
SimBrief username:** fcampbel@me.com doesn’t seem to have any saved OFP.

Hi…,

In Charts settings make sure you enter your SimBrief username (not email) which you will find at https://www.simbrief.com/system/profile.php#settings.
