whenever i try to generate a flight plan it wont load one. the screen just goes black with a spinning circle. then when i make a flight plan without using the airlines simbrief flight generator it wont download the plan

If you wait for a minute or two, does the spinning circle finish and the plan generate?
Do you have a fast and reliable internet connection?
Maybe try a different internet connection say via your mobile phone
Please check you have similar settings to:

it does not end up generating one. The problem is i cant get any plans to download so i can load it into the FMS plan.

Please try accessing SimBrief - Dispatch using a diiferent Internet Browser preferably Chrome.
