What actually happened

Please describe what happened in a way that enables us to find the problem
without follow-up questions. For instance, saying “the charts do not work”
or “login is broken” doesn’t help. To the extent that it is possible, please provide clear steps to reproduce the
problem. Screenshots and error messages are helpful and encouraged!

Please elaborate. Your post currently does not contain any hints as to what you are referring to. Which addon are you trying to sign into? Which simulator? Do you get any errors?

Cannot connect to simulator. Simlink needs to running. It is on in my plugins.

Welcome.

Suggest you try a complete reinstall :

  • See FAQ - Simlink Install and Systray

  • Please use specifically Windows Programs and Features to uninstall Simlink:

  • If they exist delete directories
    c:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Navigraph\Simlink and
    c:\Program Files\Navigraph\Simlink.

  • Then download and install latest Simlink .

  • Restart computer

If still an issue, please advise which operating system, which flight sim and which aircraft.
