Hello all here - hope you’re doing fine!
I’ve just tried to install the fresh AIRAC for the TDFi MD-11.
Navigraph Hub is showing “INSTALLING” but nothing happens. No download in the download- folder of …\AppData\Local\Programs\\navigraph-hub.
Anti Virus is turned off.
In my folder …\AppData\Local\Programs\navigraph-hub there is no folder logs so that I cannot send you a log file.
All other installations are fine.

Thanks for the fast response. But as written above I don’t have such a folder and no log file on my machine.
What can I do? De- and reinstall Navigraph Hub?

You referred to %localappdata%, I am pretty sure you have it in %appdata%

I’ve just rechecked the issue after restarted my Sim-PC: Sorry that I’ve looked at the worng location - need new glasses - “finally”

I found the main.log.
FYI: Navigraph Hub now shows that the AIRAC for the MD-11 has been installed. Yesterday I restared the PC twice and it was shown as not installed…

It takes very long time to install the MD-11 because of the huge amount of files in it so it can look as it it is stuck. You might have noticed that there has been several updates of Hub the last weeks, it is preparation work for being able to add progress meters for the installation which hopefully should be in place for next AIRAC.
