I have inadvertently signed up for a second account which doesn’t contain any subscription. Can only assume I logged in with my current email and when it said no account, I have continued to create one.
I already have another account with a subscription under an old (but still active) email address.
I want to change my email address on that to my new one, but I suspect I will need to remove my “new” account with that email first, otherwise there will be confusion and delay
How do I cancel a whole account so that I can then update my other account email address?
I had raised a query originally about the assumed issue of the “missing subscription” with that email account, so I have just followed up on that with this request.
