Can not select SID transition / Airway not in database

The plan to be used is
RJTT-RJCC
RJTT/34R ROVE2A.BRUCE AGRIS Y11 NAVER YOTEIS RJCC/I01RY

OS:Win 10
FS:MSFS
Add-on:Captainsim(Not used salty mod) and FSS ERJ
AIRAC:2312 rev.1

I want to use ROVE2A “BRUCE Transition” but cannot select it
When ROVE2A used, AKAGI Transition is selected.

I try to enter Y11 after manually entering BRUCE and AGRIS,
I get a “NOT IN DATABASE” message.

This problem occurs at all airports, not just Haneda(RJTT)
does not occur with PMDG, HrizonSim, etc.
Is there any idea to this problem?
