Black G1000 screens C172

Switching to the map soows only a black screen, not matter which card is choosen

What actually happened

Please describe what happened in a way that enables us to find the problem
without follow-up questions. For instance, saying “the charts do not work”
or “login is broken” doesn’t help. To the extent that it is possible, please provide clear steps to reproduce the
problem. Screenshots and error messages are helpful and encouraged!

No, I am unfortunately not able to reproduce this issue. It has become evident that it only affects some users.

Could you try switching between day and night mode and see if that helps? As per: Moving Map Stutters in FS24 (PC) - #20 by GermanSimPilot

Sorry no changes, Map is still black. When I zoom in or out, I can see something for mili-seconds

Did you update the G1000 plugin in the Navigraph Hub?

Based on new reports in the topic linked in my first reply, we have downgraded one of the internal components in our plugin. According to others, this has helped with flickering on their side!

We are still unable to reproduce the flickering, but it’s great to hear that your situation improved. Sorry for not reaching out to you about this update sooner!

yes I’m using the latest plugins and the actual Nivivda-Driver. No flickering or balck screen anymore.
