Billing issues

I’m not sure why or what is going on; but my subscription renewal kept getting declined on PayPal (goes through my bank). So I tried Apple Pay, Google pay, my wife’s card, and a couple of my credit cards. Even tried making a new account. Didn’t work. Tried my daughter’s cards, didn’t work. I’m in the states. It not on my end. Any ideas?
