Issues paying for subscription

Almost every month, I get a notification that my payment has been refused by the bank. Then, I get a text from the bank’s fraud department asking if it’s a legitimate transaction. Unfortunately, by then, the damage has been done, and I have to go through a bunch of crap to redo the payment from the Navigraph website, because their clearing house has a cached decline, and it keeps sending that. It’s a huge pain in the ass, and I don’t know what Navigraph needs to do to make the banks happy with their billing system, but it REALLY NEEDS TO HAPPEN!
