Authentication not working

Can not find a home for this topic, so if this is wrong forum apologies.
Trying to authenticate a code for the Fenix A320 with Navigraph opens my account can input the code, then web page just closes without confirmation that code authenticated, anyone had same issue? what is the fix?

Hi…,

Welcome.

Try setting Chrome as your default browser, then enter the code given in Fenix EFB Navigraph section into Navigraph.

Hi Ian
I do not use Chrome or Edge my browser is Firefox is it not possible to use it?
If I need to install Chrome I will but prefer not too.

Hi Clive,

I should have said Try setting Chrome as your default browser as a test, to see if you can authenticate. After that you can revert to your favourite browser.
