Android App not working

My android App does not connect me to my Navigraph signature. Please have a look at the file attached. Navigraph Mobile Error|281x500 .

In my computer, everything works fine, but not in my mobile. I already unistalled and installed again but the error remains.

Any help or tip?

Please completely quit the app or restart your device and then try again. Any difference?

Stephen, many thanks for your quick response.

I deleted the app, restarted the device, installed again the app, but nothing new happened. It still sends me the error message.
