I was actually pleased when an email came in today pointing out the “highly detailed airport diagrams”.
Because this rough representation of the gates was already bad compared to Little NavMap, for example, where I had had these details available for a long time.
But you always needed at least two apps to get this information.
So I was delighted to see everything in one app.
So I chose EDDF (Frankfurt) and … was very disappointed to still see the very poor display of gates and taxiways.
I then looked it up and read that there were about 1000 major airports in the AMDB.
So is EDDF so small that not even the largest airport in Germany is not shown in detail?
