AIRACs update problem

Greetings,

I come to you at the request of X-aviation support. Indeed their aircraft “Bombardier CRJ-200”, offers a complete service of update of the Navigraph database. I apply their procedure. Then I consult the FMS status, which confirms the update of the AIRACS. However, after the update, when I enter the ICAO code of an airport to position the aircraft or to create the flight plan. I always get the same message in the FMS Scratch Pad: “INVALID ENTRY”. So, x-aviation support is directing me to you for this problem.
