I checked Project Airbus A320 with PSS panel and its off too.
I just checked PSS Q300 and its off too.
So a PSS error??

Great news, I have resolved it!
I Googled the 2311 Cycle and found this ānavigraph-navdata-installers-airac-cycle-2311ā.
Inside were all the files for all aircraft types.
In there was a zip folder called āpss_native_2311ā.
I unzipped it and it had a folder called NavData inside and within that folder two text files called PSSAPT & PSSRWY.
Id found that they were the files that were used for Airports and Runways.
So I replaced the files in the PSS folder within the FS9 Main Folder and the runways are all perfect when I fly!
So there must have been an issue with 2313 and PSSAPT & PSRWY?

this issue is also fixed with the upcoming (in two days) cycle 2401 ā¦ there was an issue with the runway magnetic values and therefore the offsets. Should be solved with 2401.

In general, itĀ“s not allowed to upload our data somewhere without our approval - itĀ“s called piracy ā¦ and itĀ“s also not allowed to download such files from such platforms even, when they offer it. So, for the next time, please donĀ“t post this as a āsolutionā because itĀ“s not legal ā¦
