this issue is also fixed with the upcoming (in two days) cycle 2401 … there was an issue with the runway magnetic values and therefore the offsets. Should be solved with 2401.
One additional word to your “solution”:
In general, it´s not allowed to upload our data somewhere without our approval - it´s called piracy … and it´s also not allowed to download such files from such platforms even, when they offer it. So, for the next time, please don´t post this as a “solution” because it´s not legal …
