I am currently trying to figure out what is going on. Charts and VATSIM ATC are telling me at EDDK there is a 31L/R Where as when i am in MSFS (20) It is saying 32L/R And when given clearance i do not have the correct SIDs. I have installed Navigraph hub and installed latest AIRAC and it is not fixing the issue.
The runways were renamed around April 2024, 31L/R is the new, current designator introduced with AIRAC cycle 2404.
In order to update the runways in your simulator you would need to install a scenery pack with updated runways.
I don’t think there is a freeware scenery with up-to-date runways at EDDK yet. I also do not know whether the Aerosoft payware has updated the runway designators either.
