PLEASE HELP: AIRAC Cycle not found in Airplane

Hi everyone,
i have recently bought the Navigraph Unlimited subscription, installed the navigraph hub and the AIRAC-Cycle 2411 rev.1 . The AIRAC Cycle is shown in the SIM and in the Sim Folder but not in the Airplane.
I’m having a windows machine with MSFS installed and a FlyByWire A320neo as well as the FlyByWire A380.
In my MCDU/FMS I can clearly see the correct AIRAC Cycle, but when I tr

y to set a departure route, my MCDU isn’t showing me the correct runways and SIDs / STARS (e.g. Berlin - Germany - EDDB: The MCDU says 25L and 25R and 07L and 07R. But in Berlin the Runways are: 24L and 24R and 06L and 06R.)
What is the problem?

Can somebody please help me? I’ve tried everything possible. Even reinstalled MSFS.

Hi,
The problem is that the MSFS scenery is outdated and has the old runways, therefore you see only these runways.

That has nothing todo with your installed navdata, we offer the correct runway idents but the MCDU page use the runway idents from the scenery, sorry.

Cheers
Richard

Ok, thank you.
Have a great day.
