Latest AIRAC installed for MSFS2024 but still old navdata

I installed the AIRAC Cycle 2412 rev.2 Beta today (which I understand has been released quite recently) and when I go in the sim, the inibuilds FMS together with the MSFS map (when selecting departure airport) along with the EFB keep on showing outdated runway numeration. My airport of reference is SVMI (I think one of you guys saw this post on the MSFS forum in November but I supposed the latest AIRAC would fix it) and it still shows old runways (10-28 instead of 10L-28R, etc).

This snowballs into preventing using SIDs/STARs, etc.

How can this be fixed?

This is because MSFS 2024 has outdated runway data for SVMI. Please request MS/ASOBO update the scenery.

I am a bit lost here, in MSFS the scenario is also outdated but my FMS work (at least in the Leonardo Maddog) with every updated procedure. It is aircraft-dependent? What I mean is if the aircraft uses 3rd party NavData such as Navigraph instead of the Sim’s, then potentially can it work?
