I followed the post regarding the update to AC 2413 Rev.2 to the letter but in the hub I still only ever see AC 2413 rev.1 Beta. am I missing something here?

No revsion 2 was only for 2412 and not for 2413. AIRAC 2413 rev.1 beta is the current one.
