Hello All,
In the Navigraph app it shows the currently installed AIRAC as 2303 rev. 1. Unfortunately in both Fenix320 and PMDG, both the AIRACs are not up to date (each aircraft reverted to it’s default AIRAC). Tried removing/reinstalling with and without admin, PC restart, etc. Now I am out of ideas. Hope you guys can help!

Please provide screenshot of Navigraph Navdata Center showing version number 1.0.14 at bottom:
When you click on INSTALL icon for AIRAC Cycle 2303 rev.1 and PMDG and Fenix , what happens ? Does INSTALL icon change to INSTALLING , then REMOVE. Any error messages?
