the cycle_info.txt file was only an internal support file for us and was never designed to use it for 3rd party addons. We never have offered any description of this file, nor was this file part of any technical specification which we provide.
Some 3rd party addons use this file to identify the AIRAC cycle, which is not the correct way and not the recommended way. With AIRAC 2308 we will not provide this file any longer - it will be removed from all datasets.
As a last backup for now (for the current cycle 2307), I have created such cycle_info.txt file which can be used - but again, this is the last version of this file.
