I have subscribed to Navigraph ultimate, but I cannot access the charts. Whenever I try to, it says “A Navigraph Unlimited subscription is required to use this application” However I do have the subscription. Is there different ultimate subscription I don’t know about?

As per FAQ - No subscription indicated , when you have a valid subscription - #3, your have two accounts. Please ensure you sign in with your subscribed account.
