I have Navigraph Hub with a Navdata subscription. I recently installed some of the Charts programs but do not have a Charts subscription.
The Navigraph Hub icon disappeared, so I reinstalled Navigraph Hub. Now, if I click on the icon, nothing happens, so I don’t know how I can get the Hub app to do updates.
Something must have happened with your install so that it is corrupted.
Please remove Hub using add/remove programs in control panel and then install
it from scratch and the problem should disappear.
I uninstalled using add/remove programs in control panel, then installed again. The problem did not completely fix the problem, but I’m sure it was at the root of the fix. When I first tried to run the app, nothing happened. I then tried to run it as Administrator and looked at Task Manager. It showed three background processes running “Navigraph Hub”. I did an “End Task” on the cumulative “Navigraph Hub” process, then started “Navigraph Hub”. It worked!! Thank you!
