A JavaScript error

I installed Navigraph-Hub app on my PC. As it didn’t work, I uninstalled it. Now, every time I turn on my PC this message shows in my screen: “A JAVASCRIPT ERROR OCURRED IN THE MAIN PROCESS. Uncaught Exception: Error: Failed to load image from path ‘C:\Users\ruben\App\Data\Local\Programs\navigraph-hub\resources\as…\icon_64x64x08.png’ at app.(C:\Users\rubens\AppData\Local\Programs\navigraph-hub\resources\app.asar\main.js:56:16) at App.emit (node:events:514:28)”

How can I get rid of it? Thank you for helping.

You might try re downloading and installing Navigraph Hub and restarting machine.

Cheers
Ian

I tried re installing and it didn’t work.

What didn’t work? Can you not use Navigraph Hub? Are you still getting Javascript error? Please post screenshot of errors using Guide to posting Screenshots

Ian

Hi Ian and thank you for your support.

Unfortunately I don’t have a Navigraph subscription, reason why Navigraph-hub didn’t work for me. After I uninstalled it, and after I deleted the icon in the desktop I start having this Java message every time I turn on my PC.

Thank you,

Rubens

Please :

  • Install Hub
  • Start it (should be no error)
  • Close it COMPLETELY (including the tray icon → quit
  • Uninstall Hub

Cheers
Ian

Hi Ian,

I tried that and It doesn’t allow me to re-install Navigraph-Hub.

I’m attaching to this email both messages I get. Maybe it helps.

One of the images is the one I was getting since I uninstalled Navigraph-Hub.

The other image is the one I’m getting when I try to re-install Navigraph-Hub. I can’t find it to close it manually.

I really appreciate your assistance with this issue. However, if resolving it will cause too much trouble or take up too much of your time, please don’t worry about it. It’s just a minor thing, and I can live with it for now.

Thanks again for your help!

Best,

When you get the Navigraph Hub cannot be closed, call up Show Hidden Icons:

Then right mouse on the Hub icon, and choose Quit option:

You should now be able to Uninstall Hub, and hopefully get rid of the Javascript error.

Cheers
Ian

Hi Ian,

Unfortunately it didn’t work. There is no hidden Navigraph-Hub on my system.

I reinstalled it again then I had an icon on my desktop screen. Then I uninstalled it and restarted the computer and that Javascrip message appeared again.

Thank you for trying to help me out.
