YBCS Missing ILS 15

Hi guys, for the past few years YBCS has been missing its ILS approaches for runway 15. Navigaph only includes the LOC/DME for 15.
Here are the charts for each ILS W/X/Y/Z

Welcome.

This because the Missed Approach is prior to the Runway Threshold. Please see NFFN ILS not showing - #2 by NAVData
