Xplane 11 not loading my Navigraph into the RWdesign A330 that came with the program.

Welcome.

It seems the RWdesign A330 is an older commercial addon to X-Plane 11. From Airbus A330-300 XP11-RWDesigns-A330,

MCDU and Flight Management

  • Custom MCDU
  • Based on XP native data

So it seems you need to update the X-Plane 11 (11.50+) Navigation Data using FMS Data Manager

Everything seems to be updated on Navigraph. No Sids and Stars on the MCDU.
