When I tried to plan a flight from WSSS in simbrief none of the sids work. They are all stated as “Invalid” I tried multiple sids but all do not work.
Btw I am on the outdated airac as I do not have navigraph subscription
There are no SIDs ending at MIBEL in cycle 2303.
Since you are using outdated data, you can use rfinder to find routes, whenever possible it will give you routes that connect to a SID and a STAR:

You must remember to manually set the cycle to 2303 before requesting a route.
For WSSS - VRMM it gives:
MASBO A457 VKL R461 MDN P756 TENIV
…which gives you e.g. WSSS/02C MASB2A MASBO A457 VKL R461 MDN P756 TENIV TENI1B VRMM/18
