The cruise altitude automatically generated on the Chinese route is obviously incorrect. It seems that the unit conversion of meters and feet is wrong. I tried to manually enter the cruising altitude, which confirmed my guess.

This looks correct to me, though the presentation might be a bit confusing.
On that flight you planned 11,000 ft, which equals 3,350 m. This is represented as “ZBTJ/0335/” on your OFP.
To clarify, on the OFP, altitudes in feet are shown in hundreds of feet, but metric altitudes are shown in tens of meters. This is a bit confusing, but it’s realistic to real world OFPs.
