World map is blank

I am running Charts on a Windows 10 computer. Since the latest update, my world map is blank. My plane’s location shows up, the origin, destination, waypoints, and route show up, but the map is otherwise blank. I use X-Plane 11.

Thank you, Ian. I can’t find the page that explains how to update. Do I just run the update, and it overwrites the old version, or do need to uninstall the old version first. If the latter, do I need to save one or more setting files before I remove the old version?

Just run the update, it overwrites. All settings are saved in your account on our servers.

I tried the update, however as you may have seen in my email it wont update due to an error, I am not sure what is causing the error

Are you following the advice in Ians post above? You must download the update manually from our website.
