No World Map

I have the latest version but no world map only a white background. PD 4.5

Hello! Welcome back to our forum!

That sounds unexpected. Are you using the web, desktop, iOS, or Android app? Or the in-game panel?
Have you tried signing out and then in again?

I’m using desktop for both Prepar3d 4.5 and FSX. Signing in and out, no joy!

That sounds peculiar and unexpected… Can you send a screenshot?

Please also send the latest log, which you will find by following these instructions:

  1. Press Win + R
  2. Type %appdata%/Navigraph Charts/logs and press enter
  3. In the Explorer window that opens, locate the main.log file
  4. Upload this file to your next post

It appears that you are running a very old version of our charts application. I am not sure why you have not been prompted to update it yet, but please follow these steps:

  1. Uninstall the Charts application from your computer
  2. Download the latest version from here
  3. Run the downloaded file to install the application

This should get you up an running again! Let me know if you have any further issues.

Looks like I’m good to go! One thing, where is the link to import a route from simbrief?

You can find the SimBrief import function in the flights menu, see this screenshot:
