Although Simbrief and Navigraph have the same current Airac-Cycle 2403, Simbrief shows an error for a route that was created in Navigraph (see Screenshot).

SimBrief is correct, the selected SID is not valid for RWY 21R. Navigraph Charts shows you the same thing in the procedure information:
The reason why you did not get any warning in Charts is that you picked the runway first, before picking a procedure. If you do it the other way around, you get this:
I’ll see if this is intentional behavior on our part, but that is at least how it works at the moment so SimBrief is correct!
