Waypoint HAPPS missing from T447 airway in NA

XP Navdata does not recognise that the HAPPS waypoint is part of the T447 airway, which it should according to the FAA CIFP (https://www.faa.gov/air_traffic/flight_info/aeronav/digital_products/cifp/).
