VFR charts for other countries

Hi,
The new FAA charts are so nice addition to the app.
I’d like to request these types of charts for other countries as well.
For example Hungary’s one is freely available from here:

Putting my request in for Canada as well. This information is freely available online (can be accessed at fltplan.com with a free account, no gimmicks).

Canada has a wealth of information for VFR flight, including:

  • VFR sectionals (self explanatory)
  • VFR Terminal Charts (for more expanded views of major airports)
  • Canada Flight Supplement airport pages (every airport has data in the CFS, and can be as little as location, altitude, runways, lighting, etc., all the way up to VFR procedures, cautions, radio communications, etc)
  • CFS Planning Pages, used for general geographic areas (such as the area around Toronto, or Fort McMurray with its various VFR routes)

Another vote for Canada (and other countries in general)… These sectional charts make vfr training much more viable :ok_hand::ok_hand:

Hi guys,

Thank you for your interest and suggestions. Currently we don’t have plans to include charts for other countries than United States, as this is the biggest market by a wide margin coupled with with well documented and easily integrated charts that are in the public domain. Adding such local charts is a pretty big undertaking for every country. We will consider adding other countries or regions in the future depending on demand.

Similar to the FAA Sectional overlay for the USA, I would like to see a Nav Canada Sectional overlay for Canada.
FltPlan.com offers this under their Navigation\Enroute Maps and is very useful to get accurate VFR sectional info for Canada.

Hello @here! Sorry for tagging you all, but I think this is important.

Since adding VFR charts for a country is a huge task for every single new country, we would like to split this thread up into smaller ones, each dedicated to its own country.

For Canadian charts, a topic already exists. Please remove your vote from this topic and add it over here instead: Canadian Charts

@gcs7e7 , please create a topic dedicated to Hungary, if that is your main interest!

Apologies for the inconvenience, but we have to do this to make it possible for us to prioritize these requests internally. Each new country would more than likely take months to implement.
