Hi, my name is Ken, I am the Division Operation Director (VATPRC5) at VATPRC on the VATSIM network. I have the same issue as Justin over Hong Kong vACC recently mentioned, but not only about LoA, the routine civil routes on simbrief are entirely differ from the routes we could clear. Therefore we would like to ask for permission to submit a whole package of route database to replace all faulty “preferred routes” on simbrief, which will help us a lot with all questions like “Why don’t you clear my flight plan? My route was permitted by simbrief!” from pilots.
