Approval to submit User Preferred Routes

Hi,

I’m Yuta, deputy air traffic manager of VATSIM JAPAN. I have seen some posts from people in other divisions seeking permission to submit “User Submitted Preferred Routes.” Am I/we also able to have access to it to make our controllers’ lives easier and provide a more realistic experience to the pilot? I do have access to a list of routes that RW uses.
