User submit route altitude restriction

We can set altitude restrictions for user submit route. It suppose to be “at or below” the restricted altitude. However, when generate flight, cruse altitude would always be lower then altitude restriction.
For instance, perfered route from ZSAM to ZSSS altitude restriction is set to 29100ft(8900M). 29100ft is OK for crusing but I can’t make the cruse altitude at 29100ft unless manually set cruse altitude. The highest cruse altitude provided is 26600ft(8100M) which is a level lower.

Hi, for now the workaround is to enter a slightly higher altitude restriction (as you have done looks like).

Okay, I will plus 500ft to each restrictions temporarily. Any plan to solve this issue?
