We recently fixed an issue that was very similar (identical, other report) to this. The parser incorrectly included the visibility value (0050) in the wind calculations.
The only reason I see why this issue would still be there (as in your screenshot) is that there was a hiccup in our rollout of these changes. I have run the process again, so this should now be fixed.
