I have a paid monthly subscription to Navigraph, but for some reason the airport, SID and STAR charts are from December 2020 or July 2018. I am trying to get the updated March 25-April 21 AIRAC charts. could someone help me or explain what i need to do. this is frustrating and at times not very tecch savy. Thanks for your help

If the SID and STAR Charts haven’t changed then the date doesn’t change.
Maybe post screenshots of the Charts to confirm which SID?STAR using Guide to posting Screenshots
