On my external EFB (Fenix A320) I can load the route from simbrief, but when I select the departure of destination airport I get the following message : the airport you requested either does not exist or is not serviced by navigraph charts. On the EFB in the sim everything is ok, but not on the external EFB (site or tablet).

Unfortunately, you will need to ask Fenix about this since we did not develop their integration. I do not recognize the message you mentioned as one of our own.
If they find that the issue is somewhere on our servers, they can reach out to us and we’ll gladly help the investigation!
