What leads you to the conclusion that they are missing? Is the FMC telling you so?
I am pretty sure that the procedures that you have listed as missing have been renamed. Some of the ones you listed are still there:
ALIK1K → ALIK1D
ARNA1K → ARNA1D
EDAS1K → EDAS1D
LEKP1D → Still exists
LEKP1J → Still exists
LOPO1K → LOPO1D
ODIK1K → ODIK1D
OSMO1K → OSMO1D
Either you are looking for procedures by their outdated names, or you have some addon scenery (or outdated default scenery) that has an incorrect runway identifier. Let me explain:
If the procedures are associated with RWY10, but the simulator shows RWY11, there is a simulator limitation that will hide those procedures completely. This can happen if an airport changes the name of a runway for example. Our navigation data will always be up-to-date, but the scenery in the simulator may very well lag behind. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do about that!
Perhaps this could explain the issue? Our navigation data currently shows RWYS 10, 16, 28 and 34 for LGKS. Does that match up with what you see in the simulator?
