Simlink Won't Stay Logged In

Simlink continuously asks me to login. It won’t stay logged in for very long. I have noticed posts about this in this forum, but it just speaks of a server issue that had been resolve. I am curious how I can fix this.

I have attached the screen I keep getting.

I use FS2020. I have added Simlink as an exception in my firewall. I do not have any antivirus software installed.
